These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In case of claim or dispute arising out of or in relation to these Terms and Conditions, both the Site and the user (and account owner) agree to settle the issue through an independent arbitrator as per laws of Dubai, UAE and Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration.
fashionrebel.be and Fashion Rebel LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel orders placed on the Site at anytime or for any reason whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. Reasons for cancelling or suspending orders include, but limited to, Site technical problems or pricing errors for items on the Site.
All submissions made to the Site, including but not limited to reviews, comments, questions or suggestions will become the exclusive property of the Site and thereafter the user grant the right to the Site to use the name and content of the submission.

Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor or screen. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Exchange policy
You can exchanges your products until 7 days after you receive your shipment. We exchanges and in order to do so please contact us on: info@fashionrebel.be
However a few things must be taken into consideration:
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria, or are non-exchangeable (custom & personalised items) will be denied.
Returns should be packaged carefully, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted.
Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable. You will need to contact your local customs office for more information.
Once your package has been received and accepted by Fashion Rebel we will notify you by email. Your store credit will be processed as soon as possible.
Fashion Rebel is not responsible for lost packages. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your order please email us on: info@fashionrebel.be
If cancellation occurs after the order has been dispatched, you are responsible for shipping the order back to us, at your expense.
Once your package has been received and accepted by Fashion Rebel we will notify you by email.
Your store credit or refund will be processed as soon as possible.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Currencies other than AED
For your convenience you can choose to indicate the product prices in another currency (purely indicative, actual exchange rate may differ). The checkout however will always be in AED, including the payment.
